Shipping & Returns

Return Policy for all Stock Products (everything except custom made or non-stock items) Please inspect your purchase from us as soon as you get it. If there is any damage, you need to contact us right away so that Customflagmaker can contact the carrier and get another product sent to you quickly. If we made an error in filling your order we will correct it at our expense. Of course we want and expect you will be happy with the purchases you make with Customflagmaker and consequently, if you find that you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, we would ask that you return it to us within 30 days. To receive a refund or replacement for any reason other than damage, the product or products must be in their original, saleable condition and in the packaging or wrapping they came with (not including the original shipping container, although that is helpful if you have it.) Simply contact us by phone, by email or by fax . Shipping Policy – Customflagmaker ships via DHL and TNT, Monday through Saturday . Orders received will be shipped in the next 3 to 4 business days.
